Dear colleagues,<\/p>\n

On July 6 this year, IARPP-Chile turned 10 years old. It has been an adventure of which we are proud and deeply grateful. Our relational home has grown and consolidated in our community in ways we had glimpsed, yet we are surprised by the achievements of our group and by the influence we have had in our diverse psychoanalytic environment.<\/p>\n

Below you can appreciate our main activities during this first semester. We are deeply grateful to GRILPP for allowing us to host the inaugural activity of this group which came together to celebrate our communal shared language. As Michel Foucault discovered while being in a foreign country, we have understood that our language \u2013 the language learned as a child, the maternal language, with its particular physiognomy \u2013 is the most secret and secure place to inhabit while in a strange land. It is the only path to walk through, the only home where you can rest and find solace.<\/p>\n

Inaugural Activity of the Iberic Latinamerican Relational Group of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (GRILPP), June 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Our culture was born from the encounter of two worlds, linked by the possibility of a shared language. It has been the boat in which we have been born and raised as human existences. Our mestizo constitution has thrown us to diversity, to its acceptance or its rejection; thrown us to an identity, built not only from the clashes of our history but also from the profound shared sense of existence as a collective. A collective that emerged from the kaleidoscopic reunion of communities, marked by Latin and Spanish identities. In this ship is where GRILPP is born.<\/p>\n

It is part of our spirit: diversity and multiplicity relating in a process of mutual influence, an interbreeding that creates places. Places for new and creative combinations that allow us to join through a shared history and a shared language. Thus, the Spanish and the Latino constitute themselves as a fraternal house where we are born, where we grow as persons and as therapists. It is also the birthplace of this collective called GRILPP.<\/p>\n

Relational thinking has come to give voice to that history, to this present and a possible future in the micro community we form with our patients everyday. It is this love that brought spontaneously together\u00a0all IARPP chapters\u00a0from Spain and Latin America, and it is the drive to group ourselves in this nascent matrix called GRILPP, a choir to embody Relational thinking with a voice of its own.<\/p>\n

That\u00b4s why we have chosen Love as our opening act. We want to talk about love in its different shapes and dimensions, as part of a manifesto that gives voice to our singular and diverse ways to inhabit the world as persons, as therapists and as presences of a challenging but pulsating collective landscape.<\/p>\n

The IARPP Chapters of Chile, Spain, Peru, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mexico and Mexico Contempor\u00e1neo<\/em><\/p>\n

IARPP-Chile\u2019s First Clinical Conference, 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In April we held our first clinical conference of 2021, “The Clinic of the Unspeakable: Patient and Therapist Removed by Abuse in Intimacy and in Social Context.” Amalia Fernandois and V\u00edctor Do\u00f1as presented on how they approached shared collective experiences in the intimacy of their psychotherapeutic practices: in Amanda\u2019s case, gender violence and in Victor\u00b4s case, political violence \u2013 whether from a similar or different subjective position than that of their patients. After working in small groups and presenting the reflections that emerged, Pedro Rodriguez shared his commentaries of the two papers, offering deep insights on how our mutual vulnerabilities intersect, allowing for the intersubjectivity between patient and therapist to generate a genuine human encounter.<\/p>\n

IARPP-Chile\u2019s Second Clinical Conference, 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In July we had our second clinical conference, “The Pot Calling the Kettle Black: The Subjective Experience of the Therapist.\u201d A large audience had the privilege of hearing the presentations of Claudia Sol\u00e9, Catalina Scott and Magdalena Seguel. Afterwards we shared commentaries and opinions in smal groups, allowing our intimate clinical experiences to be known. Returning to the plenary, a member of each group shared the groups\u2019 experiences. Finally Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Mezzera read us a deep and very emotional commentary addresing the different presentations. Her presentation was received with a deep silence, the expression of the impact that her shared childhood traumatic experience had in all of us. We are grateful for her allowing us to bear witness to her experience.<\/p>\n

IARPP-Chile Representation in the IARPP Candidates Committee Symposium:<\/strong><\/p>\n

On July 10 the IARPP Candidates Committee Symposium took place, \u201cTraining to be a Relational psychoanalyst: Challenges, opportunities, transformations.\u201d We had the opportunity of hearing the presentations of Natalia Hanckes (Chile), Temo Keshelashvili (Canad\u00e1), Mar\u00eda Apostolopoulou (Greece), Gilly Katz Ben Sheffer (Israel), Giuseppe Magistrale (Italy), Brianda Portalatin (Spain) and Lisa Ruesch (USA), moderated by Hilary Offman (Canada). Each candidate illustrated through clinical vignettes crucial Relational psychoanalytic concepts as well as their experiences training in the Relational perspective. It was an enriching and reflective meeting, with nearly 150 participants from more that 16 countries.<\/p>\n

Queridos y Queridas colegas,<\/p>\n

El 6 de Julio de este a\u00f1o IARPP-Chile cumpli\u00f3 10 a\u00f1os de existencia. Ha sido una aventura de la cual estamos orgullosos y agradecidos. Nuestro hogar relacional ha crecido y se ha consolidado de modos que vislumbramos aunque no dejamos de sorprendernos por logros de nuestro grupo y por la influencia que hemos tenido en nuestra diversa comunidad psicoanal\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s abajo podr\u00e1n encontrar un reporte de nuestras actividades m\u00e1s relevantes de este semestre. Estamos profundamente agradecidos de GRILLPP por habernos permitido ser anfitriones de la actividad inaugural de este grupo que se reuni\u00f3 para celebrar nuestro lenguaje comunitario compartido. Como descubri\u00f3 Michel Foucault al habitar en un pa\u00eds extranjero nos hemos dado cuenta que nuestra lengua, aquella que aprendimos en la infancia, el lenguaje materno, con su fisonom\u00eda particular, es el lugar m\u00e1s secreto y m\u00e1s seguro para habitar mientras se reside en tierra extranjera. Actividad Inaugural del Grupo Relacional Iberoamericano de Psicoterapia y Psicoan\u00e1lisis (GRILPP), Juneo 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Nuestra cultura surgida en el encuentro entre mundos y ligada por la posibilidad de un lenguaje compartido, ha sido la barca donde nos corresponde nacer y crecer como existencia humana. Nuestra constituci\u00f3n mestiza, nos ha arrojado a lo diverso, a su aceptaci\u00f3n y su rechazo, a una identidad labrada tanto en los golpes de su historia, como en la vivencia fundamental de la existencia como colectivo. Colectivo emergido por la reuni\u00f3n caleidosc\u00f3pica de comunidades cruzadas por lo latino y por lo hispano. En esta barca es donde nace GRILPP.<\/p>\n

Es parte de nuestro esp\u00edritu: lo diverso y m\u00faltiple que se relaciona en un\u00a0proceso de influencia mutua, mestizaje que crea un lugar. Lugar\u00a0para combinaciones nuevas y creativas que nos permiten agruparnos bajo una historia compartida y un lenguaje com\u00fan. As\u00ed, lo hispano y lo latino se constituyen en una casa fraterna donde nacemos y crecemos como personas, como terapeutas y tambi\u00e9n como el lugar donde nace este colectivo llamado GRILPP.<\/p>\n

El pensamiento relacional ha venido a dar voz a esa historia, este presente y aquel futuro en la peque\u00f1a comunidad que formamos con nuestras pacientes d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Es ese amor el que nos reuni\u00f3\u00a0de forma espont\u00e1nea a los distintos cap\u00edtulos de IARPP en Latino Am\u00e9rica\u00a0y Espa\u00f1a, y nos impulsa a agruparnos en esta matriz naciente llamada GRILPP, un coro para encarnar el pensamiento relacional con voz propia.<\/p>\n

Es por eso, que como acto inaugural, queremos hablar del amor, en sus distintas formas, como parte de un manifiesto que da voz a nuestra singular y diversa forma de habitar el mundo como personas, como terapeutas y c\u00f3mo presencias de un desafiado pero pulsante paisaje colectivo.<\/p>\n

Presentaciones de la Cap\u00edtulos IARPP de <\/em>Chile, Espa\u00f1a, Peru, Argentina, M\u00e9jico y M\u00e9jico Contempor\u00e1neo<\/em><\/p>\n

IARPP-Chile, Primera Jornada Cl\u00ednica, 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

En abril tuvimos nuestra primera jornada cl\u00ednica 2021, “La cl\u00ednica de lo indecible: paciente y terapeuta removidos por el abuso en la intimidad y en el contexto social”. Amalia Fermandois y Victor Do\u00f1as expusieron, desde la intimidad de la cl\u00ednica, c\u00f3mo abordaron vivencias colectivas compartidas. En el caso de Amanda la violencia de g\u00e9nero y en en el caso de V\u00edctor la violencia pol\u00edtica, ya sea desde una posici\u00f3n subjetiva similar o diferente a la de sus pacientes. Luego del trabajo en grupos y de exponer las reflexiones surgidas, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez comparte las suyas con mucha profundidad, conectando con la inter subjetividad paciente y terapeuta, donde nuestras vulnerabilidades se cruzan,a gener\u00e1ndose as\u00ed un verdadero encuentro humano.<\/p>\n

IARPP-Chile, Segunda Jornada Cl\u00ednica, 2021:<\/strong><\/p>\n

En Junio 2021\u00a0tuvimos la segunda jornada cl\u00ednica con alta convocatoria, “\u00bfComo andamos por casa? La experiencia subjetiva del terapeuta\u201d. Tuvimos el honor de\u00a0escuchar las presentaciones\u00a0de Claudia Sol\u00e9, Catalina Scott y Magdalena Seguel, para\u00a0despu\u00e9s dirigirnos a grupos de discusi\u00f3n, en los que pudimos compartir en un espacio m\u00e1s \u00edntimo comentarios y opiniones. Al volver a la plenaria general un integrante de\u00a0cada grupo\u00a0comparti\u00f3 con los dem\u00e1s las reflexiones, y finalmente Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Mezzera nos ley\u00f3 un profundo y emotivo comentario final sobre las ponencias.\u00a0Su presentaci\u00f3n fue recibida con un profundo silencio el cual daba cuenta del impacto de su experiencia traum\u00e1tica infantil compartida con todos nosotros. Estamos agradecidos por habernos permitido ser testigos de su experiencia.<\/p>\n

Representaci\u00f3n de IARPP-Chile en el Simposio del Comit\u00e9 de Candidatos IARPP:<\/strong><\/p>\n

El pasado 10 de julio se realiz\u00f3 el simposio organizado por el Comit\u00e9 de Candidatos de IARPP, “Form\u00e1ndome para\u00a0ser\u00a0psicoanalista relacional: desaf\u00edos, oportunidades y transformaciones”.\u00a0Tuvimos la oportunidad de escuchar las presentaciones de Natalia Hanckes (Chile), Temo Keshelashvili (Canad\u00e1), Mar\u00eda Apostolopoulou (Greece), Gilly Katz Ben Sheffer (Israel), Giuseppe Magistrale (Italy), Brianda Portalatin (Spain) y Lisa Ruesch, moderado por Hilary Offman (Canada). Cada candidato ilustr\u00f3, a\u00a0trav\u00e9s de vi\u00f1etas cl\u00ednicas,\u00a0conceptos\u00a0claves para el psicoan\u00e1lisis relacional, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n\u00a0sus experiencias de formaci\u00f3n en psicoan\u00e1lisis desde esta enfoque. Fue un encuentro reflexivo y enriquecedor\u00a0con casi 150\u00a0personas de m\u00e1s de 16 pa\u00edses distintos.<\/p>\n
