{"id":10940,"date":"2021-12-05T16:44:18","date_gmt":"2021-12-05T16:44:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iarpp.net\/?post_type=article&#038;p=10940"},"modified":"2021-12-12T23:44:49","modified_gmt":"2021-12-12T23:44:49","slug":"chile-8","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/article\/chile-8\/","title":{"rendered":"Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6><a href=\"#esp\">(haga clic aqu\u00ed para espa\u00f1ol)<\/a><\/h6>\n<p>The Mindfulness Group of IARPP-Chile held a theoretical-practical online meeting, \u201cMindfulness: A Way of Self-Care,\u201d open to all the community in August.\u00a0It consisted of two guided meditation sessions, led by psychologist Francesca Nilo and psychiatrist Sebastian Medeiros, as well as two expository talks on \u201cmindfulness\u201d and \u201cperennial philosophy\u201d by psychiatrists Edgardo Thumala and Gianni Canepa. About 45 people attended the meeting, actively participating in all its activities. The funds collected were donated to a charitable institution.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11037 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event-flyerPicture1W-243x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event-flyerPicture1W-243x300.jpg 243w, https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event-flyerPicture1W.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 243px) 100vw, 243px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In October we held our third Clinical Day 2021, entitled &#8220;Identity has no name: diversities and dissidences in sexuality and gender.\u201d Cristian Farias, a clinical psychologist of adolescents and adults who contributes his work to two support centers for sexual diversity, integrating approaches from LGBTIQ+ and affirmative therapies from a relational approach, addressed these issues, sharing his narrative of a clinical case and helping us all reflect on the relevance of language and the sensitivity around how to be named by the other.<\/p>\n<p>After working in small groups, IARPP member Carolina Besoain, founder of the Trenza collective, presented a vision from her work with gender and psychoanalysis. She reflected on the relevance of overcoming traditional dichotomies between gender and body, understanding the body and sex instead as a process in constant articulation. We discussed how to approach the transference in our availability to patients in this world of sexual diversity, having the openness to learn from them, and moving with sensitivity towards a greater understanding of the complexity of gender and sexuality<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11036 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_ZOOMPicture1W.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"343\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_ZOOMPicture1W.jpg 600w, https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_ZOOMPicture1W-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_ZOOMPicture1W-418x239.jpg 418w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Also in October we hosted a master class on \u201cParent-Child Psychotherapy: Deepening the Treatment of Parents and Children Under 5 Years of Age,\u201d given by two outstanding Argentine specialists living in London. Psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Stella Aqcuarone, author of several books on the subject, is the creator of a scale of detection and a classification of types of clinical approaches according to the reasons for consultations, characteristics of parents, and qualities of the consulting baby or child. Clinical psychologist Isabel Jimenez, an accredited therapist in infant-parent psychotherapy with a specialization in temperament and measurement of cardiac variability, is the founder of ARE, Ltd., a temperament research and treatment practice based upon her findings of the three pillars of temperament: adaptability, reactivity and equanimity.<\/p>\n<p>The professors spoke with nearly 30 members of IARPP-Chile and 20 students of The Training Program for Child and Adolescent Therapists of Relational Psychoanalytic Orientation, delighting us with their conceptualizations about the intensive approach they carry out for early detection of autism and other serious pathologies in babies and their parents. They shared impressive videos of clinical cases, provided us with valuable information, and helped us deepen our understanding of the importance of the bonding approach with infants and preschool children, We were very interested in working from an analytical approach with children with special needs, based on the concepts of Winnicott, the Boston Group, Tronick, Trevarthen, Fonagy and Stern, in a unique and therapeutically effective integration.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-11039\" src=\"http:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event3FlyerSegundoJornadaPicture1W-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event3FlyerSegundoJornadaPicture1W-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event3FlyerSegundoJornadaPicture1W.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In late November, GRILPP (the Ibero-Latinoamerican Group of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis) explored how to apply the relational perspective to both our clinic and the world we inhabit in its second conference, \u201cWhat Do You See When You See Me?: The Ethics of Relational Practice.\u201d We were graced with the presence of one of the most resonant figures in the field of relational thinking, Donna Orange (USA), who shared aspects of her thinking in relation to what has been the central axis of her work, the ethical dimension in the face of the other who suffers.<\/p>\n<p>In times where the experience of Otherness seems to languish, both personally and politically, ethics shows its relevance again. The relational aspect in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis appears as an ethical practice. How to constitute ourselves together with an other? Tuvimos asistencia de alrededor de 45 personas que participaron activamente en el encuentro. Los fondos se donaron a una instituci\u00f3n de beneficencia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-11037\" src=\"http:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event-flyerPicture1W-243x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event-flyerPicture1W-243x300.jpg 243w, https:\/\/iarpp.net\/thesite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/CH_event-flyerPicture1W.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 243px) 100vw, 243px\" \/>En octubre 2021 tuvimos la oportunidad de contar con una clase magistral, &#8220;Psicoterapia Padres-Hijos: profundizando en el tratamiento de padres y ni\u00f1os menores de 5 a\u00f1os,&#8221; a cargo de dos destacadas especialistas argentinas residentes en Londres. La Dra Stella Aqcuarone psiquiatra psicoanalista, directora del Parent Infant Clinic and The School of Infant Mental Health, autora de varios libros sobre este tema, y creadora de una escala de detecci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n de tipos de abordajes cl\u00ednicos seg\u00fan los motivos de consultas, caracter\u00edsticas de los progenitores y cualidades del beb\u00e9 o ni\u00f1o consultante. Y la Dra en psicolog\u00eda Isabel Jimenez, Phd en Psicolog\u00eda cient\u00edfica con especialidad en temperamento y medici\u00f3n de variabilidad card\u00edaca. Se doctor\u00f3 en el Imperial College, London buscando desarrollar un marcador biologico para el temperamento usando la variabilidad card\u00edaca. Es fundadora de ARE, Ltd., un consultorio de temperamento investigaci\u00f3n y tratamiento basado en sus hallazgos con tres pilares del temperamento: adaptability, reactivity and equanimity. A su vez es terapeuta acreditada en psicoterapia parento-infatil.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas profesoras compartieron con los 29 miembros de IARPP-Chile y los 20 alumnos del Programa de Formaci\u00f3n de Terapeutas Infanto-juveniles de Orientaci\u00f3n Psicoanal\u00edtica Relacional, deleit\u00e1ndonos con sus conceptualizaciones sobre el abordaje intensivo que realizan para la detecci\u00f3n temprana de autismo y otras patolog\u00edas graves en beb\u00e9s y su padres. Para ello compartieron con nosotros impactantes videos de casos cl\u00ednicos. A su vez nos ayudaron a profundizar en la importancia del abordaje vincular con poblaci\u00f3n infantil preescolar y beb\u00e9s, entreg\u00e1ndonos valiosa informaci\u00f3n al respecto. Quedamos muy interesados en el trabajo desde un enfoque anal\u00edtico con ni\u00f1os con necesidades especiales, basado en los conceptos de Winnicott, Grupo de Boston, Tronick, Trevarthen, Fonagy, Stern, en una integraci\u00f3n muy \u00fanica y eficiente terap\u00e9uticamente.<\/p>\n<p>Tambien en octubre realizamos nuestra tercera jornada 2021, \u201cLa identidad no tiene nombre: diversidades y disidencias en la sexualidad y el g\u00e9nero\u201d, donde abordamos el tema de las diversidades y disidencias en la identidad y el g\u00e9nero. En esta oportunidad expuso Cristian Far\u00edas, psic\u00f3logo cl\u00ednico de adolescentes y adultos, quien aport\u00f3 desde su trabajo en dos centros de apoyo a la diversidad sexual, en los que trabaja integrando enfoques desde las psicoterapias LGBTIQ+ y las terapias afirmativas con el enfoque relacional. Escuchamos su relato de un caso cl\u00ednico donde pudimos reflexionar, entre otras cosas, sobre la relevancia del lenguaje y la sensibilidad observada en torno a c\u00f3mo ser nombrado por el otro.<\/p>\n<p>Luego del trabajo grupal en torno a las tem\u00e1ticas surgidas, escuchamos las reflexiones de Carolina Besoain, miembro Iarpp y psic\u00f3loga cl\u00ednica, fundadora del colectivo Trenza, quien nos expuso su visi\u00f3n desde el trabajo con g\u00e9nero y psicoan\u00e1lisis. Carolina reflexion\u00f3 sobre la relevancia de superar las dicotom\u00edas tradicionales entre g\u00e9nero y cuerpo, y entender el cuerpo y el sexo como un proceso en constante articulaci\u00f3n. Contamos con la presencia de una de las figuras m\u00e1s resonantes en el \u00e1mbito del pensamiento relacional, Donna Orange (EU), quien compartir\u00e1 con nosotros aspectos de su pensamiento en relaci\u00f3n a lo que ha sido eje central de su trabajo, la dimensi\u00f3n \u00e9tica frente al otro que sufre.<\/p>\n<p>En tiempos donde la experiencia de la Otredad parece languidecer, tanto en lo personal como en lo pol\u00edtico, la \u00e9tica vuelve a mostrar su relevancia. C\u00f3mo constituirnos junto a un otro? Frente a esta interrogante la vertiente Relacional en Psicoterapia y Psicoan\u00e1lisis aparece como una pr\u00e1ctica \u00e9tica. En esta oportunidad se abordar\u00e1n 6 ejes tem\u00e1ticos para el di\u00e1logo y la discusi\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>De que hablamos cuando hablamos de \u00c9tica Relacional?: Alteridad y constituci\u00f3n consiliente; Faros en la Noche de la Alteridad: Hitos referenciales en la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica; Las Alas del Deseo: Eros en la Consulta; \u00bfQue ves cuando me ves?
