\"itzkowitzphoto0317w\"Sheldon Itzkowitz,<\/strong> PhD, ABPP, <\/strong>is an adjunct clinical associate professor of psychology and clinical consultant at the NYU Postdoctoral Program, as well as Guest Faculty, the Eating Disorders, Compulsions, and Addictions Program at the William Alanson White Institute. He is on the teaching and supervisory faculty at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and the Trauma Studies Program at the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis. He is also an Associate Editor of Psychoanalytic Perspectives<\/em>. He has recently co-edited with Dr. Elizabeth F.
