Led by Margaret Black Mitchell (USA), our group consists of candidates from all over the world who come together to create a place where the focus is specifically on and for candidates and early career psychoanalysts.<\/p>\n

Our last online\u00a0webinar\u00a0(February-March 2020) was led by\u00a0Margaret Crastnopol\u00a0(USA) on the topic\u00a0\u201cMicro-trauma and Beyond: Recent Thoughts on Addressing Cumulative Psychic Injury.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0For three weeks, we read and learned from the papers and contributions by Crastnopol. We also had the chance to converse with candidates from all over the world, as candidates from the USA, Italy, Spain, Israel, Canada, Russian Federation, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Sweden, Chile, Greece, Romania and Turkey participated in the webinar.<\/p>\n

Designed\u00a0specifically\u00a0and only\u00a0for candidates and early career psychoanalysts and relationally trained psychotherapists, webinars sponsored by the Candidates Committee provide opportunities to learn from some of the most accomplished members of our community, as well as a chance to interact with an international group of peers.<\/p>\n

As we all know, because of the terrible pandemic, the conference in Los Angeles had to be cancelled. The Candidates Committee had put out a call for papers for our\u00a0candidates\u2019 panel,\u00a0and the theme of the panel was to have been \u201cThinking, Participating, & Speaking Outside of the Box<\/em>.\u201d\u00a0For this panel, we were looking for papers that offered a clinical perspective on the experience of candidates actively engaged and challenged\u00a0to think and\/or speak outside of the box, to push the boundaries and limits of their training, experience, or own sense of personal comfort.\u00a0We received 16 proposals from candidates all over the world and had the difficult task of choosing four.\u00a0Amalia Fermandois Schmutzer\u00a0from Chile,\u00a0Sam Guzzardi\u00a0and\u00a0Michael Melmed\u00a0from the USA, and\u00a0Bettina von Lieres\u00a0from Canada were going to be our presenters, and we truly hope we can still have them present next year.<\/p>\n

Wishing all of you all the best in these difficult times, we look forward to seeing you next June 2021 in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Dirigido por Margaret Black Mitchell (EEUU), nuestro grupo est\u00e1 formado por candidatos\/as de todo el mundo que se unen con el fin de crear un lugar que pone el foco espec\u00edficamente en personas candidatas y analistas en sus primeros a\u00f1os de ejercicio profesional.<\/p>\n

Nuestro webinar m\u00e1s reciente (Febrero-Marzo de 2020) fue conducido por Margaret Crastnopol (EEUU) sobre el tema \u201cM\u00e1s all\u00e1 del Micro-trauma: Pensamientos recientes sobre c\u00f3mo abordar el da\u00f1o ps\u00edquico acumulativo\u201d. Durante tres semanas, le\u00edmos y aprendimos de los art\u00edculos y contribuciones de Crastnopol. Tuvimos tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad de conversar con candidatos\/as de todo el mundo: Estados Unidos, Italia, Espa\u00f1a, Israel, Canad\u00e1, Rusia, Nueva Zelanda, Reino Unido, Australia, Francia, Suecia, Chile, Grecia, Ruman\u00eda y Turqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente y en exclusividad para candidatas y analistas en sus primeros a\u00f1os de ejercicio profesional, as\u00ed como para terapeutas en formaci\u00f3n relacional, los webinars patrocinados por el Comit\u00e9 de Candidatos proporcionan la oportunidad de aprender a algunos de los miembros m\u00e1s reconocidos de nuestra comunidad, as\u00ed como la oportunidad de interactuar con un grupo internacional de colegas.<\/p>\n

Como ya sabemos, debido a la terrible pandemia que estamos viviendo, la conferencia de Los \u00c1ngeles se ha suspendido. El Comit\u00e9 de Candidatos hab\u00eda lanzado un llamamiento a propuestas de trabajos para el Panel de Candidatos, cuyo tema iba a ser \u201cPensando, Participando y Hablando de formas no convencionales<\/em>\u201d. Para este panel, ped\u00edamos que los trabajos ofrecieran una perspectiva cl\u00ednica sobre la experiencia de las personas candidatas a la hora de verse inmersos en el desaf\u00edo de tener que pensar e intervenir de formas no convencionales, de ver presionados las fronteras y l\u00edmites de sus propias formaciones, experiencias y propias zonas de seguridad. Recibimos un total de 16 propuestas de candidatos\/as de todo el mundo y nos enfrentamos a la dif\u00edcil tarea de elegir cuatro.
