Here in Athens we are back in lockdown, as we were last spring. Most people realize the importance of the restrictive measures but are also experiencing \u201cCovid fatigue.\u201d The restrictions are impacting financial and mental health alike. In terms of our clinical work, most colleagues are working either remotely or, if in person, wearing masks and maintaining social distance.\u00a0Concerning our educational activities, we are very happy to report that we are running a year-long seminar with Avgi Saketopoulou (USA) entitled, \u201dThinking and Working Relationally.\u201d This seminar uses select readings from the relational bibliography as well as participants\u2019 clinical case presentations in order to further our knowledge and understanding of the ways in which relational theory informs our clinical practice.<\/p>\n

In such times of worldwide challenges, we feel strongly that maintaining professional and personal contact and solidarity is more important than ever. An initiative in that direction are the virtual meetings of representatives from all chapters that take place every few months, which are helping strengthen a sense of international community. We would like to thank Juan Francisco Jordan and Marianne Kennedy for that thoughtful move.<\/p>\n
