Here in Australia, we have continued to conduct almost all our activities online, though a few reading groups are able to meet in person. We started the year with video seminars from Donnel Stern, Joyce Slochower, Matt Aibel, Steven Kuchuck and Danielle Novack.

Sadly, very few of us crossed the Pacific to attend this year’s conference, even though Los Angeles is relatively close for us here in the antipodes – the ongoing Covid risk and the current expense of air travel dissuaded many.

In September, our own Peter Mackay will present his work, and Roy Barsness will conduct a half-day workshop on Core Competencies in Relational Psychoanalysis. Tom Wooldridge will join us to discuss his work on eating disorders in two seminars in November.

We are now planning our 2023 program. Please look out for our advertising on the IARPP listserv. Our seminars are open to participants all over the world.
