Led by Margaret Black Mitchell (USA), our group consists of candidates from all over the world who come together to create a place where the focus is specifically on and for candidates and early career psychoanalysts.
In these last months, and because of the pandemic, the Committee has been focusing on plans for 2021. We can already confirm that our next webinar will be taking place in February 2021 (exact dates yet to confirm) and will be led by Galit Atlas (USA). We are really looking forward to it! Designed specifically and only for candidates and early career psychoanalysts and relationally trained psychotherapists, webinars sponsored by the Candidates Committee provide opportunities to learn from some of the most accomplished members of our community, as well as a chance to interact with an international group of peers.
For the Candidates Panel in Los Angeles’ conference, we had put out a call for papers on the theme, “Thinking, Participating, & Speaking Outside of the Box.” We sought papers that offered a clinical perspective on the experience of candidates actively engaged and challenged to think and/or speak outside of the box, to push the boundaries and limits of their training, experience, or own sense of personal comfort. We received 16 proposals from candidates all over the world and had the difficult task of choosing four. Amalia Fermandois Schmutzer (Chile), Sam Guzzardi (USA), Michael Melmed (USA) and Bettina von Lieres (Canada) were to have been our presenters, and we truly hope they can still present next year.
We would like to inform you that we are going to pass the baton of the Committee chairing to Fabia Banella (Italy) and Erik Fagerberg (Sweden), who have both been on the Committee for years. We have both enjoyed and learnt much during our time on the Committee, and we hope to continue contributing to IARPP from other roles. Additionally, Ignacio Blasco (Spain) and Lilach Shalev (Israel) will be joining the Committee.
Wishing all of you all the best in these difficult times, we look forward to seeing you next June 2021 in Los Angeles.

Dirigido por Margaret Black Mitchell (EEUU), nuestro grupo está formado por candidatos/as de todo el mundo que se unen con el fin de crear un lugar que pone el foco específicamente en personas candidatas y analistas en sus primeros años de ejercicio profesional.
En estos últimos meses, y debido a la pandemia, el Comité se ha estado centrando en los planes para el 2021. Podemos ya confirmar que nuestro próximo webinar tendrá lugar en febrero de 2021 (las fechas exactas están aún por confirmar) y será conducido por Galit Atlas (EEUU). ¡Estamos deseándolo! Diseñados específicamente y en exclusividad para candidatas y analistas en sus primeros años de ejercicio profesional, así como para terapeutas en formación relacional, los webinars patrocinados por el Comité de Candidatos proporcionan la oportunidad de aprender a algunos de los miembros más reconocidos de nuestra comunidad, así como la oportunidad de interactuar con un grupo internacional de colegas.
Para el Panel de Candidatos del congreso de Los Ángeles, habíamos lanzado un llamamiento a propuestas de trabajos para el Panel de Candidatos, cuyo tema iba a ser “Pensando, Participando y Hablando de formas no convencionales”. Para este panel, pedíamos que los trabajos ofrecieran una perspectiva clínica sobre la experiencia de las personas candidatas a la hora de verse inmersos en el desafío de tener que pensar e intervenir de formas no convencionales, de ver presionados las fronteras y límites de sus propias formaciones, experiencias y propias zonas de seguridad. Recibimos un total de 16 propuestas de candidatos/as de todo el mundo y nos enfrentamos a la difícil tarea de elegir cuatro. Amalia Fermandois Schmutzer (Chile), Sam Guzzardi (EEUU), Michael Melmed (EEUU) y Bettina von Lieres (Canadá) iban a ser los participantes, y esperamos que puedan presentar sus trabajos el año próximo.
Nos gustaría también comunicar que vamos a pasar el testigo como presidentas del Comité a Fabia Banella (Italia) y a Erik Fagerberg (Suecia), que llevan en el Comité muchos años. Ambas hemos disfrutado y aprendido mucho en nuestro tiempo en el Comité, y esperamos poder seguir contribuyendo en la organización desde otros roles. Ignacio Blasco (España) y Lilach Shalev (Israel) ser unirán al Comité.
Deseándoos lo mejor en estos tiempos difíciles, esperamos veros en junio de 2021 en Los Ángeles.

חדשות מוועדת הקנדידטים

הועדה בראשותה של מרגרט בלאק מיטשל (ארה”ב), מורכבת מקנדידטים מכל רחבי העולם המגיעים יחד כדי ליצור מקום לקלינאים בתחילת הקריירה.
בחודשים האחרונים לאור המגיפה, התמקדה הוועדה בתוכניות לשנת 2021. אנו כבר יכולים לאשר שהסמינר הבא שלנו יתקיים בפברואר 2021 (תאריכים מדויקים שטרם אושרו) ויונחה על ידי גלית אטלס. סמינרים מקוונים אלו הממומנים על ידי הועדה מיועדים במיוחד לאנליטיקאים ופסיכותרפיסטים בתהליכי הכשרה ובהם הזדמנות ליצור אינטראקציה עם קבוצה בינלאומית של עמיתים.
לקראת הכנס בלוס אנג’לס הכנו פאנל בנושא “חשיבה, השתתפות ודיבור מחוץ לקופסה.” חיפשנו מאמרים שהציעו נקודת מבט קלינית על חווייתם של קנדידטים העוסקים באופן פעיל ומאתגרים לחשוב ו / או לדבר מחוץ לקופסה, לדחוף את הגבולות והגבולות של הכשרתם, החוויה שלהם, או תחושת הנוחות האישית שלהם. קיבלנו 16 הצעות של קנדידטים מכלהעולם והייתה לנו משימה קשה לבחור ארבע. אמליה פרמנדואה מצ’ילה, סם גוזארדי ומייקל מלמד מארה”ב, ובטינה פון ליאר מקנדה עמדו להיות המציגים שלנו, ואנחנו מקווים שיוכלו להיות המציגים בשנה הבאה.
אנו מודיעים ששרביט יו”ר הוועדה עובר לפאביה בנלה (איטליה) ואריק פיירברג (שוודיה), ששניהם היו חלק מהוועדה במשך שנים. שתינו נהנינו ולמדנו רבות במהלך תקופתנו בוועדה, ואנחנו מקוות להמשיך לתרום ל- IARPP מתפקידים אחרים. איגנסיו בלאסקו (ספרד) ולילך שליו (ישראל) יצטרפו לוועדה.
