With great joy we share with the IARPP community the activities that IARPP-Buenos Aires will offer in 2023.
We’ll begin January with the intensive course, “Winnicott and Kohut’s Clinic from the Relational Perspective,” by Carlos Nemirovsky. In this workshop, we’ll work on two clinical stories: Winnicott’s ‘Dreams, Fantasy and Living’ from Playing and Reality, and Kohut’s “The Psychoanalyst’s Son,” from The Restoration of the Self, over the course of three meetings.
In February, Martin Forli will offer the intensive course, “Relational Clinic Workshop,” reviewing the concepts of interpretation, mutuality and negotiation, over the course of three meetings.
In March we’ll offer “The Voice of the Body: Relational Perspective for the Understanding of Eating Disorders” taught by Laura Molet (Spain) as a guest teacher, over two meetings. The course will reflect on the suffering generated by the extreme fear of not being accepted, which can be experienced as “shame of being.” In eating disorders, we identify a “hunger” for emotional bonds, which requires a complex accompaniment that welcomes and integrates pain.
Also in March, Paula Mayorga will give the intensive course, “The Human Process of Dying,” examining the role of the therapist in accompanying the patient and the family, meeting three times. The seminar invites us to explore the subjective dimension of the process of dying, the awareness of finiteness in personal experience, mourning, and the vicissitudes of dying: medicalized death and palliative care, among other topics. We will also reflect on the role of the therapist in the face of illness and death, and how to help a “good death.”
We will also start an annual course, “Revisiting Classic Concepts in Psychoanalysis” coordinated by Carlos Nemirovsky. The objective will be the review and deconstruction of basic concepts from the current psychoanalysis framework. We will deepen concepts provided by Classical Psychoanalysis, discussing them from the Relational and intersubjective perspective. It will be possible to take either the whole course or by modules of 3 meetings. The concepts will be: Unconscious/Drive, Transference/Countertransference, Framing, Anonymity/Neutrality/Abstinence, Interpretation, and the Oedipus Complex.
IARPP-Buenos Aires offers individual supervision with Yanina Piccolo, Victoria Font Saravia, Paula Mayorga, Martin Forli María Alejandra Rey and Silvina Gugliotta, and group supervision by Dr. Carlos Nemirovsky.

Con mucha alegría compartimos con la comunidad de IARPP las actividades que ofreceremos en IARPP-Buenos Aires el 2023.
Comenzamos el mes de enero con el curso intensivo “La clínica de Winnicott y Kohut desde la perspectiva relacional” a cargo de Carlos Nemirovsky. En este curso con modalidad de taller se trabajarán dos relatos clínicos: el primero sobre Winnicott ‘Sueños, fantasía y vida’ en Realidad y Juego y el segundo, de Kohut, ‘El hijo del psicoanalista’, en La restauración del sí mismo.
Martin Forli en febrero ofrecerá el curso intensivo “Taller de clínica relacional”. En el mismo se revisarán los conceptos Interpretación, mutualidad y negociación.
En el mes de marzo brindaremos “La voz del cuerpo: Perspectiva relacional para la comprensión de los Trastornos alimentarios” dictado por Laura Molet como docente invitada. En el curso reflexionaremos sobre el sufrimiento que genera el miedo extremo a no ser aceptada/o, que puede vivirse como “vergüenza de Ser”. En los Trastornos Alimentarios identificamos un “hambre” de lazos emocionales por lo que requiere un acompañamiento complejo que acoja e integre el dolor.
También en marzo, Paula Mayorga dará el curso intensivo “El Proceso Humano de Morir. El rol del terapeuta en el acompañamiento del paciente y la familia.” El seminario invita a explorar la dimensión subjetiva del proceso de morir, la conciencia de finitud en la experiencia personal, los duelos, así como las vicisitudes del morir: la muerte medicalizada y los cuidados paliativos, entre otros temas, Reflexionaremos sobre el rol del terapeuta ante la enfermedad y muerte y cómo ayudar a un “Buen morir”, entre otros temas.
En marzo además iniciará un curso anual de profundización: “Revisitando conceptos clásicos en psicoanálisis” coordinado por Carlos Nemirovsky, de frecuencia quincenal. ,
El objetivo será la revisión y deconstrucción de conceptos básicos desde el marco del psicoanálisis actual. Profundizaremos a través de la discusión, conceptos aportados por el Psicoanálisis Clásico desde la mirada relacional e intersubjetiva. Se podrá cursar la totalidad o por módulos de 3 encuentros. Los conceptos serán: Inconsciente/Pulsión, Transferencia/Contratransferencia, Encuadre, Anonimato/Neutralidad/Abstinencia, Interpretación, Complejo de Edipo.
Continuamos con las supervisiones individuales disponible con Yanina Piccolo, Victoria Font Saravia, Paula Mayorga, Martin Forli María Alejandra Rey y Silvina Gugliotta. Y las supervisiones grupales a cargo del Dr. Carlos Nemirovsky.
