Our report is under the heavy shade of the war and events in Israel.

Israel is grieving and mourning. The horrible attack we underwent was devastating and painful. We get support and recognition from dear friends around the world, but at the same time we are deeply concerned for the lack of understanding and empathy in some states and communities to what we went through. We find it disturbing and frustrating.

We especially these days are feeling very responsible and very needed. We are all as individuals in a sort of a trauma, and a lot of us have undergone a major trauma. We took two major actions since the war started. The first was to assemble the Israeli Forum for a big Zoom meeting of more than 200 people. It was a very close and moving meeting, with four dear people of our community who spoke. Ilana Laor, Rina Lazar, Boaz Shalgi, and Yoav Antman shared their views and work in those heavy days.

A second thing that we are working on, with great energy, is to build a therapy layout of our community, financed partly by the state and private donations, to help victims of this war. More than that, we had “normal work” before the 7th of October, and we have plans to get back to “normal Forum work” soon.

So before then, some view of what we were doing in the spring and summer of 2023:
In April we held our second international series, hosting our best world-wide relational psychologists. This year we viewed Ferenczi’s work from several aspects. In May we held a ten-day colloquium discussing Tami Dror-Sheiber’s paper, “Does Truth Matter?” It was an excellent opportunity to talk about the complexity of our political situation, and the way it effects our work.

In June we concluded our music-relational series, “The Note of the Hour,” hosting well-known Israeli musicians, and talking with them about their creation, and the way it is connected to our relational work. At the end of June, we met in the international IARPP Conference in Valencia. We had more than 35 participants from Israel at the conference, many of them lecturing and moderating.

We look forward to quiet times, and we hope to participate in the next conference in Merida, Mexico.

דו”ח הפורום ההתייחסותי הישראלי 2023

הדו”ח שלנו, הוא תחת הצל הכבד, של המלחמה והאירועים בישראל.

ישראל דואבת ומתאבלת, המתקפה הנוראה שעברנו, הייתה הרסנית וכואבת.

אנחנו מקבלים תמיכה והכרה מחברים יקרים ברחבי העולם, אך בו בזמן אנחנו מוטרדים עמוקות, מחוסר ההבנה והאמפטיה, במדינות ובקהילות רבות. זה מטריד, ובעיקר מתסכל.

בימים אלה במיוחד, אנחנו מרגישים כארגון וכיחידים בתוכו, תחושה רבה של אחריות, ורצון לסייע. כולנו מצויים בסוג של טראומה, רבים מאתנו, עברו טראומה מאג’ורית ממש.

פעלנו בשני ערוצים עיקריים מאז שהחלה המלחמה, הראשון היה לכנס את הפורום ההתייחסותי הישראלי ,למפגש זום גדול של יותר מ200 אנשים, זה היה מפגש קרוב ומרגש שבו אנשים מרכזיים בקהילה שלנו- אילנה לאור, רינה לזר, בועז שלגי, ויואב אנטמן. שיתפו במחשבותיהם ועבודתם בימים  כבדים אלה.

ערוץ שני עליו אנחנו עובדים בימים אלה, הוא בנייתו של מערך סיוע טיפולי של הקהילה שלנו, שימומן בחלקו ע”י המדינה, ובחלקו מכספי תרומות, וזאת בכדי לעזור לנפגעי המלחמה וקורבנותיה.

מעבר לכך, עסקנו בפעילות “נורמלית” בפורום לפני ה7 באוקטובר, ויש לנו כוונה מלאה ותקווה לחזור לעבודה כזו.

אז לפני, מבט על מה שעשינו באביב ובקיץ 2023-

באפריל קיימנו את הסדרה הבינ”ל השנייה, שאירחה את טובי הפסיכולוגים ההתייחסותיים, מחלקים שונים בעולם, השנה עסקנו בעבודתו של פרנצי, דרך אספקטים והתבוננויות התייחסותיות שונות.

במאי, קיימנו קולוקוויום של עשרה ימים ברשת, ודננו במאמרה של תמי דרור-שיבר, ” האם האמת משנה?”, זו הייתה הזדמנות מעולה להתדיין על מורכבות מצבנו הפוליטי, ולראות כיצד הוא משפיע על עבודתנו בקליניקה.

ביוני סיכמנו את הסדרה המוזיקלית-התייחסותית- “תו השעה”, שאירחה מוזיקאים ישראלים ידועים, ובה דיברנו איתם על היצירה שלהם, וניסינו לראות באיזה אופן היא מדברת עם  החשיבה ההתייחסותית. בסוף יוני, נפגשנו בכנס ההתייחסותי הבינלאומי בולנסיה, היו לנו יותר מ35 משתתפים ישראלים בכנס, רבים מהם הרצו והנחו.

אנחנו מצפים בכיליון עיניים, לימים שקטים, ומקווים להשתתף בכנס הבינלאומי ההתייחסותי הבא, במרידה , מקסיקו.
