Dear IARPP colleagues,
Greetings from the IARPP Argentina Chapter.
Due to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic, our chapter has been meeting on Zoom three Fridays a month. During those sessions, we have discussed various topics related to current mental illnesses by presenting clinical cases and theoretical discussions on relational thought.
We have also been meeting in group supervision sessions once a month in an attempt to think collectively about the best way to treat patients struggling in these turbulent times of pandemic and crisis (social, economic and political), both from a therapeutic and a psychoanalytic perspective. We intend to find the best way to adapt to technology and to face-to-face therapy that strictly follows the health protocols that are imposed on us, always emphasizing mutual care in these times endangered by the possibility of collective contagion.
In addition, we are currently committed to organizing our activities for the next year.

Estimados Colegas de IARPP,
Saludos desde el Capitulo IARPP Argentina.
Debido a la pandemia por coronavirus nuestro Capítulo ha podido reunirse a traves de Zoom tres viernes al mes, presentando variados temas relacionados con enfermedades mentales actuales con presentación de casos clínicos y discusiones teóricas del pensamiento relacional.
Además, hemos estado reuniéndonos en supervisiones grupales una vez al mes, intentado pensar juntos la mejor manera de tratar terapéutica y psicoanalíticamente a un paciente sufriente en tiempos turbulentos de pandemia y crisis política, económica y social, buscando la mejor manera de adaptarnos a la tecnologia y la terapia presencial siguiendo los protocolos estrictamente que nos impone y nos expone al cuidado mutuo en tiempos de contagio colectivo.
También estamos comprometidos actualmente en el proceso de organizar nuestras actividades para el proximo año.
Es nuestro deseo que todos se encuentren bien de salud.
